Do I have to start at Phase 1, or can I jump in at a later phase?
It depends on what’s already genuinely complete. If you have a solid strategy and offer in place, you may truly be at Phase 3 or beyond — and we’ll build from there. The free assessment helps us confirm where you actually are. If earlier phases are incomplete, we’ll be honest about why skipping them creates problems later. We won’t take your money to build a website on a shaky foundation.
Do I have to complete all six phases?
No. Most clients engage us for one or two specific phases. You pay for the phase your business needs right now. If you want to continue building into future phases, we scope those separately when you’re ready. There’s no obligation to keep going after any phase is complete.
Can Phases 1 and 2 be done together?
Yes — and they often are. Foundation and Offer are closely connected, and many businesses complete both in a single engagement. When scoped together, we can typically complete both efficiently and at a bundled rate. Your proposal will reflect whichever structure makes the most sense for your situation.
Are there any recurring fees for project work?
Phases 1 through 5 are one-time project investments — no recurring fees once the phase is complete. Phase 6 (Growth & Paid Advertising) is ongoing monthly management because it requires continuous work. Any software your business uses (like a CRM subscription) is paid directly to that provider by you, not through us.
What if the starting price doesn’t fit my budget right now?
